Salary: PKR 90,000 to PKR 120,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our growing operations team in Karachi. This position is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing provider schedules, and ensuring accurate scheduling records.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with patients and healthcare providers in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed
• Manage provider calendars and appointment availability
• Communicate with patients regarding appointment details and scheduling updates
• Maintain accurate records within scheduling platforms and electronic medical record systems
• Follow established scheduling procedures and operational guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to address scheduling-related issues
• Ensure data accuracy and timely documentation
• Assist with appointment reminders and follow-up activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient appointment scheduling for the US Clinic or Hospital.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare, medical billing, behavioral health, or patient support environment
• Experience using EMR, EHR, or healthcare scheduling systems
• Familiarity with US healthcare operations is a plus
