Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns for Ecomerce and lead generation, with a strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.

This role requires a data-driven professional who can analyze campaign performance, optimize ad strategies, and communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation projects
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and tracking systems
• Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROAS and conversions
• Monitor platform updates and apply the latest advertising best practices
• Use analytics tools to generate reports and performance insights
• Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly with clients
• Manage multiple campaigns and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Creative Agency
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Experience with Facebook Pixel setup and Conversion APIs
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Understanding of ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client discussions

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
