Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or off site role for a Professional Freelancer located in Karāchi. The selected candidate will handle domestic and international travel arrangements, assist with visa consultation processes, and provide seamless customer support for air ticketing and group travel services. Responsibilities include managing hotel reservations, travel insurance processing, and coordinating study abroad programs. The role demands a high standard of service delivery through effective communication and organizational skills to delight clients with a hassle-free travel experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, including visa consultation and air ticketing requirements.
• Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail for managing bookings, group ticketing, and client interactions.
• Proficiency in handling hotel reservations, travel insurance processes.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using travel booking tools and software is a plus.
• Familiarity with the travel and aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
