Program Support Officer - Doctoral Committee

Job Description
Work under the close liaison of Manager Academics for graduate students (MS and PhD in all programs).
Collect, compile, and update the graduate students' records on a periodic basis for the doctoral committee.
Effectively communicate the decisions of the doctoral committee to the students, faculty, supervisors, and Vice president of Academics.
Maintain the database and record each and every student of MS and PhD and individual progress records.
Maintain the progress of thesis and dissertation students of MS and PhD in all programs and develop a close liaison with the supervisors for assigning the supervisee, semester report, and payments.
Communicating the student’s various deadlines, IRS / Thesis / Dissertation requirements, and updates in rules and policies.
Provide the students with complete data from admission, examination, academics, and Zabdesk, as required by the doctoral committee.
Smoothing the whole communication process among students, supervisors, program managers, and various academic offices.
Keep track of students’ issues and problems work as the central window for all problems of MS and PhD students.
Develop periodic reports on students’ progress, admission status, examination results, graduation, etc.
Provide the collated data and information as required by different monitoring bodies e.g., HEC, NBEAC, NCEAC, NACTE, PEC, etc.
