Lakhani Group is looking for an experienced Recovery Officer to join our growing real estate team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers regarding payments.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide support.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve account issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelors.
• 1-1.5 year of relevant experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel
