- Timely & accurate measuring and documentation of patient’s vital signs, intake and output, and report timely to supervisor in case of any abnormality detected for assigned patients.
- Timely & accurate medication and recording of notes in patient’s files.
- Effective handing over and taking over of assigned patients.
- Cleanliness & hygiene of assigned patients and bedside.
- Courteous and caring behavior towards patients and their family members.
- Visit assigned patients at periodic intervals during the shift to ensure timely patient care and monitoring patient’s health condition.
- Ensure effective use of EMR to monitor/record nursing care for assigned patients.
