Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Ice Cream Parlor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Flurrie located at Korangi 2.5 number.
Responsibilities:
* Operational Management:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
* Monitor and maintain quality control of all products and services.
* Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs.
* Inventory Management:
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients and supplies.
* Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
* Staff Management:
* Supervise and coordinate staff activities.
* Assist with staff training and development.
* Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* College degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry (ice cream experience a plus).
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Strong understanding of inventory control.
* Ability to perform basic mathmatical calculations.
