Sales Agent

Saynt AI is hiring for the position of Sales Person(B2B) on behalf of a fast-growing AI solutions company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, pitching AI and software-based solutions, and managing client relationships to drive growth. This is a performance-oriented role that offers a base salary along with a highly competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Promote and sell AI-powered software solutions to businesses in the US market.
• Understand client needs and craft tailored pitches accordingly.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a professional and consultative approach to client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Background in SaaS, software, or AI product sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong LinkedIn profile and experience with outreach tools.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Rs30,000 - 50,000 Per month (based on skillset)
• Fixed salary + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
