Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Follow up on leads and assist in maintaining strong customer relationships
Assist with logistics coordination and delivery scheduling
Provide general administrative support to the office
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative roles (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
