ABOUT THE ROLE

Cimple Tech is an Australian-founded digital agency with offices in Sydney, Canberra, and New York and now in Karachi,
We're expanding our Karachi outbound sales team and looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Development Executive to connect with US businesses and pitch our full suite of digital services.

You'll be dialling US prospects daily, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and handing warm opportunities to our closers. If you've sold websites, SEO, or digital marketing before and you thrive in a high-activity phone environment , this is your seat.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY. We are not a training programme. You must have proven cold calling experience selling digital products or services. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

• Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling experience (digital products, SaaS, or agency services preferred)
• Strong spoken English – neutral or professional accent for US audiences
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services (websites, SEO, social media, paid ads)
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
• Ability to work evening/night shift aligned to US business hours (EST/CST)
• Proven track record of hitting call volume and booking targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based businesses daily
• Pitch Cimple Tech's digital services clearly and confidently
• Qualify prospects using structured scripts and objection handling
• Book discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
• Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM accurately
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and booking targets
• Collaborate with the team lead to refine scripts and improve conversion
