Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with at least one year of B2B sales experience who is skilled at negotiation, problem solving, and providing great customer service. The ideal applicant should have a solid understanding of sales procedures, be enthusiastic, and eager to learn and adapt. In this capacity, you will interact with business clients, address difficulties, and deliver unique solutions to match their goals, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaborations.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer support by addressing their queries, offering solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.
Use your negotiation skills to discuss contracts, terms, and close deals effectively while ensuring both client satisfaction and company goals are met.
Ensure seamless execution of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Address and resolve client issues with a solution-oriented approach, utilizing creativity and resourcefulness.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities, using insights to shape your sales strategies.
Provide clients with a clear understanding of product/service offerings, guiding them through implementation and ensuring smooth adoption.
Regularly report on sales activities, feedback from clients, and overall progress towards sales targets, helping the team refine approaches and strategies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with a focus on customer support, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and customer retention.
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
A positive attitude with a focus on continual learning and improvement in sales strategies and product knowledge.
Proven ability to effectively negotiate deals and overcome client objections.
Ability to quickly identify challenges and find innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive client experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools to track progress and manage client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in working with the USA based companies.
