Job Description

AINIT Consultancy Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in customer relationship management and telesales. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and possesses at least two years of relevant experience in both inbound and outbound call handling. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through persuasive negotiation and effective cold calling techniques. While the position does not involve team management, it requires a self-motivated professional capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in representing AINIT Consultancy Services to prospective and existing clients by providing exceptional service. The professional must have proven tele sales experience and the ability to effectively manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls. Success in this role relies on the candidate's fluency in English, a keen understanding of market dynamics, and a consistent ability to follow up with potential customers, creating a positive impression that leads to long-term business growth.


Responsibilities
 

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls to promote company services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Negotiate sales terms and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage and document customer interactions using customer relationship management tools.
  • Follow up promptly on inquiries and lead generation activities to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate clear and professional communication skills in English during all sales conversations.
  • Meet or exceed individualized sales targets established by AINIT Consultancy Services.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in compliance with company policies.
