Sales Representative- Female

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative females (only) to onboard new drivers for our cab service. You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring talented drivers to join our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

-Source and recruit potential drivers through various channels

-Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate driver candidates

-Build relationships with drivers and provide support

-Meet or exceed monthly driver acquisition targets

-Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, HR) to ensure seamless onboarding

Requirements:

-Freshers OR 1-2 years of sales experience

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
