Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Coordinate with auditors and manage the audit process

Mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification preferred

5+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Excellent analytical and organizational skills
