Experience: 5 to 10 Years (Relevant ISP Experience Required)
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team at Logon Broadband Pvt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic ISP environment, where you will lead a team of junior network engineers, oversee critical network operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation:
• Plan, design, and implement advanced network solutions to support the organization’s ISP services.
• Conduct network capacity planning and optimize resources to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices in compliance with industry standards.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior network engineers, ensuring their technical growth and professional development.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Network Operations and Maintenance:
• Manage day-to-day network operations to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
• Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and address any bottlenecks or failures proactively.
• Perform regular maintenance, firmware updates, and system backups to maintain network health.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, minimizing service disruptions and downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Security Management:
• Implement and manage robust security protocols to safeguard the network against cyber threats.
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to ensure compliance.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and processes.
• Generate detailed reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities for management review.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and customer support, to align network capabilities with business needs.
• Participate in client meetings to address technical requirements and ensure satisfaction with network services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Technology Innovation and Optimization:
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in networking and ISP operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance network efficiency and performance.
• Implement automation and optimization strategies to streamline network management processes.
• Customer Support and Service Assurance:
• Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints related to network connectivity and performance.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers during outages or service impacts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction with ISP services.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure all network operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Adhere to industry best practices for network management and ISP operations.
