Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the Real Estate Division.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including real estate developers and property managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and client needs through market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create client-focused proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts that meet our revenue targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and well-established network.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large deals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
