We’re Hiring! On-Site Upwork Bidder (Website & App Development, SEO, SMM) – Karachi

Location: Office No. 502, 5th Floor, Sky Mark Tower, Plot No. A/13, K.C.H.S. Union, Block 7/8, 74800

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) ⏰ Shift: 08 PM - 05 AM

Salary: Base Salary + Commission (Target: $5K-$6K Monthly Revenue)

Are you an Upwork bidding expert with a knack for winning high-value website & app development, SEO, and social media marketing projects? Do you have a track record of crafting winning proposals and securing long-term contracts? We want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and bid on relevant Website & App Development, SEO, and SMM projects on Upwork

✅ Write engaging, persuasive, and custom proposals to secure deals

✅ Communicate effectively with potential clients and convert leads into projects

✅ Follow up on proposals to maximize response and success rates

✅ Collaborate with the development & marketing team to ensure project feasibility before bidding

✅ Track performance and optimize strategies to exceed revenue targets

✅ Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Upwork bidding experience (Website & Application Development, SEO, SMM preferred)
• Strong English writing & communication skills
• Deep understanding of Upwork algorithms, job filtering, and client behavior
• Ability to achieve and exceed a $5K-$6K monthly revenue target
• Basic knowledge of web development, mobile apps, SEO, and social media marketing
• Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales and client acquisition
