We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify-based e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. You should have a strong understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem, including themes, apps, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and themes.
Create custom Shopify themes and modify pre-existing themes as required.
Integrate third-party applications and Shopify apps.
Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into responsive Shopify websites.
Optimize site speed and performance.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform QA, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Implement custom functionalities using Shopify APIs and Liquid programming.
Ensure SEO best practices and clean code standards are followed.
Maintain regular communication with project teams and provide technical guidance where required.

Requirements:

Proven 2-3 years experience working on Shopify platform (Shopify Plus experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with Shopify APIs and custom app development/integration.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of third-party integrations such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, shipping systems, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with headless Shopify (Hydrogen/Storefront API) is a plus.
Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms is a plus (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce).
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and CRO best practices.
