A well-established digital agency is looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join its growing team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with local and international eCommerce brands, building high-performing Shopify and Shopify Plus stores that deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business results.

Shopify-certified developers are highly encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in professionals with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend Shopify development.

About the Role

As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores while collaborating with designers, project managers, SEO specialists, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify and Shopify Plus stores.
• Build custom themes, sections, and components using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Develop responsive storefronts from Figma designs.
• Integrate Shopify APIs, apps, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
• Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
• Strong frontend and backend Shopify development skills.
• Expertise in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Experience building custom Shopify themes from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready Shopify stores.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, performance optimization, and Git is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Official Shopify Certification or Shopify Verified Skills Badge is highly preferred.
• Experience with Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Flow, and Shopify Markets.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, Recharge, or similar Shopify apps.
