Job Description
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media trends, analytics, and best practices to increase brand visibility and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and schedule creative and engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce visuals, videos, and copy.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and audience preferences.
2. Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Generate reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Use data insights to optimize future campaigns.
5. Campaign Management:
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns.
- Track budgets and ROI for sponsored posts and advertisements.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support.
- Coordinate with external agencies and influencers when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Analytical mindset and experience with reporting tools.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
