We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Expert with hands-on experience managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple social media platforms for the US market. This role requires strong platform expertise, performance optimization skills, and the ability to work independently.

This position is not suitable for beginners.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize social media marketing campaigns
• Run paid campaigns on:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Snapchat
• Optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, and placements
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate content and paid strategies
• Stay updated with social media advertising trends

Requirements

• 2+3 years of social media marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Snapchat
• Proven experience running campaigns for US audiences
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to work on-site during US time zone hours
