Job Title: Surveillance Officer

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Surveillance Officer to monitor live surveillance footage from retail stores in the USA, detect suspicious behavior, and report incidents accurately. Back office experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live footage from multiple stores in the USA for security risks.

Detect theft, fraud, or policy violations and report them.

Create detailed reports on incidents for further action.

Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

Experience in surveillance or retail loss prevention

Back office experience is a plus

Strong observational and reporting skills

Flexible to work night shifts and weekends
