Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant, detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to monitor premises, oversee CCTV camera networks, and ensure site security. You will be responsible for identifying suspicious activity, maintaining security footage, and reporting incidents in real time to management or security staff.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously monitor live CCTV camera feeds across all facility locations.

Identify and log unusual occurrences, security breaches, or policy violations.

Operate surveillance, recording, and playback equipment accurately.

Maintain detailed shift logs and draft daily security/incident reports.

Coordinate quickly with ground security teams or emergency personnel when incidents occur.

Ensure all monitoring hardware remains operational and report system technical faults.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Officer, or Security Monitor.

Strong observation skills with high attention to detail and prolonged focus.

Basic working knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, and DVR/NVR systems.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and make quick decisions.

Clear communication skills for reporting and escalation.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends).

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
