Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to supervise the Manufacturing & Filling operations of Cephalosporin Sterile, so the products are delivered and supplied in full and on time to the patients at the end of our supply chain.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Pharm-D
• A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and project management skills to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting.
• Ensure strong compliance in Quality, EHS, Legal and other critical parts of the business related to the area responsibilities i.e. Change control, Deviations & Management/Monitoring L1, L2, L3 & L4,
• Ensure Data integrity compliance and improve the DI control (ALCOA principle) at Cephalosporin Sterile.
• To make and agree daily/weekly/monthly production plan for Cephalosporin Sterile Injection SKUs.
• To supervise filling operations of Injection to achieve the production plan on time
• Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
• Update respective production visual boards
• Identify, develop and implement improvement/Operational Excellence (OE) projects to generate cost savings (Strategy Deployment).
• To Ensure SAP data posting/transaction/data provider for Cephalosporin Sterile Manufacturing
• Representing the Cephalosporin department as RMS and DI Representative.
