Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting technical talent in the US market, with proven expertise using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Monster. This role requires familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a proactive approach to identifying top-tier candidates for a wide range of technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various IT/technical positions across the US.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job boards/databases to proactively search for potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and strategic sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job specifications and project timelines.
Manage and update candidate records in the ATS to ensure accurate tracking and communication.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Work flexible hours aligned with US EST time zone, including availability for early morning or evening calls as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the US staffing market.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, and other relevant platforms.
Familiarity with modern ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse, etc.).
Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and skills (e.g., software development, DevOps, cloud, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Willingness to work on US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced staffing agency or IT consulting environment.
Prior success recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
