  • Make outbound calls to prospects from provided leads/lists.
  • Introduce and promote company products or services over the phone.
  • Answer questions about products or services and address customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct follow-through calls where necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
