Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong academic backgrounds and up to 3 years of international experience. The Accounts Coordinator will assist in managing financial operations, maintaining records, and supporting overall accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily accounting tasks and maintaining financial records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for international accounts.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support the team in auditing and budgeting processes.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and international standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
