Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage and coordinate freight transportation for the USA market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of load boards, negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule loads for trucks operating in the USA
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers to ensure timely deliveries
Negotiate freight rates and maximize profitability
Use load boards like DAT, Truckstop, and others to find quality loads
Maintain records of dispatch operations and update clients on shipment status
Handle any delivery issues, delays, or emergencies professionally
Ensure compliance with US trucking regulations and company policies
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in USA truck dispatching
Strong knowledge of US freight market and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Ability to work night shifts (US hours)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with different types of trucks (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.) is a plus
Tech-savvy with experience using dispatch software
