Line Soft is seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our expanding staffing team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing highly qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States. The ideal candidate has at least two years of proven experience in US IT recruitment and a strong grasp of the staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing compliance processes. The recruiter will engage with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS requirements within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a technical understanding suitable for screening a range of IT roles, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires effective collaboration with account managers and business development teams to meet daily recruitment targets and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors in the US market.
Responsibilities
 

  • Source and recruit IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work on different employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099 for contract and permanent job opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze client requirements to identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, and project fit.
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility.
  • Coordinate with account managers and business development teams to prioritize requirements and ensure timely client submissions.
  • Maintain daily recruiter activity reports, candidate pipelines, and submission tracking to meet performance expectations and SLA timelines.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates across the US IT staffing market.
  • Update and maintain ATS/CRM systems with current candidate and requirement information ensuring data accuracy and recruitment compliance.
  • Adhere to recruitment compliance processes and documentation standards to guarantee legal and ethical hiring practices.
  • Strive to achieve daily sourcing and submission targets while maintaining a high submission-to-interview ratio and strong placement success.
  • Stay informed about US visa classifications including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and TN to effectively screen candidate eligibility for client requirements.
