Khizaans Video Editing Agency is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in video production and post-production, demonstrating expertise in using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity in editing, and a solid understanding of motion graphics and audio editing. As a Video Editor, you will play an essential role in crafting engaging video content that aligns with current social media trends and meets project deadlines. You will be responsible not only for editing but also for collaborating closely with team members to ensure a seamless creative process. This position also includes managing a team of 20 personnel, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate efforts effectively. You will oversee workflow, mentor junior editors, and help maintain a high standard of quality across all video projects. Your ability to adapt to quick changes and deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to the agency's success and reputation.
Responsibilities
 

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished productions using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring narratives are clear and visually compelling.
• Create and integrate motion graphics and animation elements that enhance the storytelling and engagement of video projects.
• Perform audio editing tasks, including sound mixing, noise reduction, and syncing audio with video to produce high-quality soundtracks.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines to deliver videos that meet client specifications and enhance viewer experience.
• Maintain awareness of the latest video editing techniques, software updates, and social media content trends to keep productions current and innovative.
• Manage and lead a team of 20 video editing professionals by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all video content is delivered on schedule while meeting quality standards.
• Review and approve all final video edits before publication or client delivery, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of work samples demonstrating a range of skills and project types.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, efficiency, and high performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio editing software and workflows.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
