We are currently looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team as Manager Warehouse. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring the highest level of inventory control, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in optimizing operational performance, achieving cost and efficiency targets, and maintaining a safe, secure working environment.

Karachi and Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring they align with company objectives and meet customer requirements.
Lead, manage, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring an effective team dynamic and efficient operation.
Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, adjusting ensure targets are met.
Manage inventory control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety regulations, and quality standards.
Control operational costs by optimizing resource allocation, including managing headcount, direct labor, and temporary staff.
Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, inbound/outbound operations, and performance metrics, providing feedback to management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development for warehouse personnel.

Qualification & Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 8-years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Customer-centric approach and ability to prioritize customer needs
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Efficient in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks.
Positive team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration and supporting team goals.
High energy, strong work ethic, and result-driven.
Experienced in leadership, including staff development and mentoring.
