Rajput Web Solution is seeking a skilled Web Developer with at least one year of experience to join a dynamic team of 10 professionals. This role requires proficiency in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration, as well as experience with content management systems like WordPress. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Bootstrap 5 to ensure optimal performance and user experience across devices.
- Manage and lead a team of 10 web developers by assigning tasks, reviewing code, and guiding the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, code review, and efficient team collaboration to maintain code integrity and track changes.
- Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to handle website content efficiently and enable easy updates.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices to improve site visibility and user engagement.
- Apply knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and npm for backend processes and package management when necessary to support full-stack development.
- Use VS Code for efficient coding, debugging, and project management to enhance development workflow.
- Integrate third-party APIs into web applications using fetch or axios to extend functionality and data connectivity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites and applications ensuring compatibility with latest web standards and browsers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers and interns, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to maintain relevance and incorporate innovative solutions.
