Greenox Ai Academy seeks a skilled Ai Trainer to empower the next generation of learners in Karachi with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and applications. This role is ideal for women who have hands-on experience using AI tools to generate income, create content, or streamline workflows. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions designed to simplify complex AI concepts for teenagers and young adults, fostering their ability to leverage AI for freelancing, business automation, and marketing. The Ai Trainer gains the opportunity to work within an all-female, professional environment located in Garden East Karachi, offering flexible hours that accommodate weekends and evenings. While formal teaching certifications are not required, demonstrable success in AI-based projects or freelance work is essential to ensure authentic and results-oriented instruction.
Responsibilities
 

• Deliver engaging AI training sessions tailored to two main learner groups: teens aged 13 to 17 and advanced learners 17 and older.
• Teach foundational AI concepts including prompt engineering, AI content creation, and freelancing basics using relevant AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Canva AI.
• Guide advanced learners on applying AI for business automation, marketing strategies, and analysis of real-world case studies.
• Create a learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity, practical experimentation, and skill development in artificial intelligence applications.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials that simplify complex AI topics, making them accessible for young audiences without prior technical backgrounds.
• Assess learners progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI tools, trends, and freelance opportunities to enrich training content and learner outcomes.
• Manage scheduling and delivery of at least two batches per week, ensuring consistent attendance and engagement.
• Participate in the academys growth initiatives by contributing feedback for curriculum improvements and potential leadership roles.
• Represent Greenox Ai Academy professionally, reinforcing its mission to foster future skills among young learners through female-led mentorship.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with learners, providing constructive feedback and ongoing motivation throughout the training.
• Leverage freelancing experience to provide practical insights into using AI for earning income, including client management and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with the academys policies and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment for all participants.
