Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Virtual Assistant at iTECH19 Digital Agency. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts, handling customer queries, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with suppliers. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Amazon store management and customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Amazon store management and customer service
Knowledge of Amazon seller central tools and processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze data and optimize product listings
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with inventory management is a plus
