Assistant Manager Production

New Era Industries, a leading manufacturer of premium uPVC and related building materials serving Pakistan’s construction sector, is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Production for its Port Qasim facility in Karachi. The role focuses on managing fabrication operations to ensure efficient and timely production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will be highly organized and proactive, with the ability to coordinate effectively across production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and fabrication activities to achieve set output targets.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor and control material usage to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and promptly report any malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to production staff to meet productivity KPIs.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly production reports for management review.
- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
