Are you passionate about creating efficiency through automation? We're on the hunt for a talented HubSpot/Zapier Automations and Process Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. If you're ready to elevate your career and make a difference, this is your chance!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Dive deep into Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to understand and enhance processes
Partner with department heads to document workflows and develop seamless Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Leverage tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to design and maintain powerful automations
Continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve existing processes for maximum efficiency
Provide onboarding and administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
Play a key role in creating clear, detailed documentation for each automation and SOP

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-departmental teamwork
Proficiency in HubSpot Workflows and Zapier (preferred but not required)
A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
