After 30 years as a trusted goods trading house, Ahura is launching its first consumer brand: Mellori — a premium spread, Turkish origin, in three flavours (hazelnut, cookies & cream, and a rotating trend-led flavour).

 

Mellori is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Digital Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative brand strategies and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in FMCG brand management, with a proven track record of managing food or consumer brand launches and campaigns. The ideal candidate combines creative instincts with strong data-driven decision-making skills to effectively elevate Mellori’s brand presence across multiple channels. You will oversee and guide a team member, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company objectives. As the Brand and Digital Manager, you shoulder the responsibility for managing digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer partnerships, SEO, and content management. You will also work closely with trade marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns that resonate with the target audience. This role demands a hands-on approach, balancing creativity with analytical insights to drive measurable business outcomes and strengthen Mellori’s position in the competitive FMCG market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mellori’s business goals and target audiences.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and other digital channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage content creation and distribution to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee influencer marketing initiatives to build brand credibility and expand reach.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to synchronize efforts that maximize campaign impact at retail and consumer levels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team member to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively adapt marketing approaches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of brand initiatives.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize marketing ROI.
