Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients in the corporate, MNC, and government sectors.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for environmental consulting projects (EIA, IEE, EMP, Climate Risk Assessment, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids in coordination with technical teams.
• Represent ECC Consultants at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
• Maintain CRM data, report KPIs, and track lead conversion.
