About the Role:

IMC Certifications is looking for a Career Counselor to guide prospective learners in making informed career decisions. The role involves understanding candidate goals, recommending suitable certification programs, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process. This position operates in a target-driven environment, focusing on both counseling and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide career guidance and counseling to prospective students
Understand candidate profiles, goals, and learning needs
Recommend suitable certification programs and career pathways
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings
Manage the complete counseling cycle from inquiry to enrollment
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Achieve assigned enrollment and performance targets


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of experience in career counseling, education consulting, sales, or customer support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good problem-solving and client handling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
