Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Chat Support to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You’ll manage and resolve customer queries through our Zendesk platform, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for every user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and support tickets on Zendesk
  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication in line with our support standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex concerns to relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • A calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer service
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus (but not required)
