Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling position at Outsource Office Staff. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, communicating product information, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in cold calling or sales
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Familiarity with CRM software
Goal-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus
