About Us:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chemistry & Computer Science Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about education, has a strong command of subject matter, and is eager to inspire students through innovative and engaging instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry and Computer Science classes to IX & X AKU-EB students
• Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote critical thinking
• Incorporate technology and hands-on experiments/labs into science instruction
• Guide students in developing programming and computational thinking skills
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain an inclusive and respectful classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior teaching experience
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scratch, etc.)
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
