Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
  • Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization

Job Requirements:

O Levels/Intermediate  or above

  • Urdu and English campaigns
  • Excellent English and Urdu Written and Verbal Communication
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
  • Must have Sales Experience over the call
  • Maintain the call flow and AHT
  • Able to use computer and office programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills may need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
  • Neutral accent
