Welcome Shipping Aids (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a well-spoken Customer Service Representative to join their team at NASTP Silicon, Shahrah-e-Faisal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications with network partners and customers, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the freight forwarding industry, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate communication by sending introductory emails to various network partners to establish and maintain connections.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests for quotations from both new and existing customers.
- Ask relevant questions to fully understand customer requirements and provide accurate, tailored information.
- Collect and document customer information and feedback in an organized manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other pertinent information to support business operations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the freight forwarding industry to provide knowledgeable service.

Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong grasp of customer service principles and best practices.
- Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport through clear communication.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Competency in relevant computer software applications.
- Patience, persistence, and persuasive skills to handle customer interactions successfully.
- Creative thinking to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good sales aptitude combined with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Full-time, on-site employment at NASTP Silicon, Shahrah-e-Faisal.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month.
