Responsibilities
 

• Lead and supervise a team of 12 data management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data management strategies that ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical and insurance data.
• Coordinate data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to support effective data usage and decision-making.
• Ensure data compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to medical and insurance industries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand data requirements and tailor data management solutions accordingly.
• Monitor data quality by conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and making necessary corrections.
• Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors in data handling activities.
