Design and Development Sales-Upsell Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Upselling Expert to join our sales team, focusing on web and design services. This full-time role is based in Block A, North Nazimabad, Karachi, and operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 160,000 to PKR 300,000, along with attractive commission opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify client needs, build lasting relationships, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within the web and design services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell web and design services to both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with an upselling revenue goal between PKR 10,000 and PKR 15,000.
- Thoroughly understand client needs and stay informed about industry trends to provide relevant solutions.
- Negotiate deals confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of services.
- Accurately track and report sales activities to management.

Required Qualifications:
- O/A Levels preferred as the educational background.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in web and design services, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for effective client interaction and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of web and design concepts to effectively upsell services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
