Marhaba Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Door To Door Salesperson to join its team. The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential customers by visiting homes and businesses, promoting and selling PRICKLY HEAT POWDER AND TELCOME POWDER directly at their doorsteps. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to clearly explain product benefits to maximize sales opportunities., the salesperson will be responsible not only for direct selling but also for managing and leading a team of 20 salespersons, ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by actively canvassing assigned territories through direct door-to-door visits to promote and sell Marhaba Pharmacy's products. Establish strong customer relationships by providing in-depth product knowledge, answering queries, and addressing customer needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 20 salespersons to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide training, support, and regular feedback to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to company sales processes and ethical standards. Maintain sales records, report on daily activities, and collaborate with management to develop strategies that improve outreach effectiveness. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and keep the team well-informed.
Implement customer service best practices to increase customer retention and brand loyalty. Handle customer objections confidently and turn potential rejection into sales leads using effective persuasion techniques. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with product updates, company initiatives, and sales methodologies.
