About Us

Join ECOM Specialist LLC, a leading IBM & SAP Business Partner headquartered in Dallas, USA. We're seeking a skilled ERPNext Developer & Functional Expert to join our growing team. This is a remote position, requiring collaboration with colleagues in both the US and Pakistan, with working hours from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Pakistan Standard Time.

You MUST pass a test to be considered for any of these open positions.

You will not be allowed to do any other job while you are working for ECOM; it is a must-have requirement.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who understands ERPNext inside out. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise, with the ability to customize, configure, and optimize ERPNext modules to support our business operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory Management, and Accounting modules, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, scripts, and reports within ERPNext.
• Customize forms, workflows, and dashboards to fit business requirements.
• Maintain and upgrade ERPNextversions while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Functional Expertise & Process Optimization
• Configure and optimize Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best practices leveraging ERPNext capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
• System Integration & Support
• Integrate ERPNext with external applications, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users across departments.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and operational standards through ERP configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven 3 years of experience as an ERPNext Developer/Consultant/Functional Expert.
• Deep understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules in ERPNext.
• Strong experience in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and Frappe framework.
• Experience with API development and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and business process flows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience implementing ERPNext in a manufacturing, distribution, or trading environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, reporting, and data analytics.
• Contribution to the Frappe/ERPNext open-source community is a plus.
