This full-time Executive Assistant position offers an opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and priorities.
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa processing.
- Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and information.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, record detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and appropriately.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy access and record-keeping.
- Support decision-making by conducting research and preparing concise briefing materials.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events such as conferences and team activities.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Skilled in preparing reports, presentations, and detailed meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with digital filing systems and standard office software applications.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs110,000 to Rs120,000.
