Job Description

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and maintain executives calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling meetings, appointments, and events accurately.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize detailed meeting itineraries, agendas, and supporting documents to ensure productive and well-structured meetings.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and meeting scheduling software to streamline communication and calendar management.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, managing communication professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items derived from meetings, maintaining constant communication and progress updates.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to support executive decision-making and relationship management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required by senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Perform general office management duties to support executive operational needs, including document management and record keeping.
